• Orders are processed only after payment is received in full.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or availability issues.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• A non-refundable £30 deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your commission.

• The remaining balance is due upon confirmation of reference photo, before artwork has begun.

• Failure to pay the balance in full will result in the cancellation of your commission.

• Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• One (1) revision is included only if: you selected custom requests and provided clear reference photos and instructions with sufficient notice before the portrait is started.

• Additional changes or revisions beyond this may incur a fee or be declined at the artist’s discretion.

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, and designs—is owned by Tooting Snoots or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.​ All portraits will be displayed in the online website gallery as part of my portfolio of work. Unless you’ve stated at the point of order on your contact form your portrait will be used for promoting Tooting Snoots on social media.

• Purchasing a portrait does not transfer copyright or grant any licensing rights.

• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may be used as a gift.

• You may not reproduce, alter, sell, or use the artwork commercially (e.g., prints, merchandise, branding) without explicit written permission and a separate licensing agreement.

• The commissioned artwork may not be resold or used for profit in any form.

• Licensing for commercial use is not included in the price and must be negotiated separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tooting Snoots is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or our products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
